2.4. Information from Affiliates Link Promoters
Individuals who qualify as affiliate promoters are individuals that have agreed on specific terms to work with KreateSell in promoting the Service by
a) referring clients to KreateSell;
b) promoting KreateSell products for customer use;
c) Promoting Service using the KreateSell Application Interface (API) for customer use or
d) partnering with KreateSell for the purposes of promotion or collaboration.
We may collect your name, company name, website, social media usernames/handles, phone number(s), address, business type, and email address.
We collect data about the KreateSell-hosted web pages that you visit and how and when you access your account, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address.We use this information to give you access and to improve our Services.
We collect Personal Information about your customers that you share with us or that they provide to use directly. We use this information to work with you and to provide our Services to your customers.
We may also use Personal Information in other cases where you have given us express permission.
We collect this information when you sign up for an Affiliate promotion, when you sign up one of your customers for our Services, or when your customers sign up themselves. We also collect any additional information that you might provide to us.
3. Who We Share Your Data With
We share certain data about you with Kreators, other users, companies performing services for us, KreateSell affiliate promoters, our business partners, analytics and data enrichment providers, your social media providers, companies running promotions for us, and advertising companies who are helping us promote our Services. Lastly, we can share data in other ways if it is aggregated or de-identified or if we get your permission to do so.
3.1. With Your Product Seller (Kreator):
We share data that we have about you (including your email address) with the kreator of the product you bought or the product you accessed or requested information about, so they can improve their content for you and other users. This data may include things like your city, country, browser language, operating system, device settings, the site that brought you to KreateSell, and your activities on KreateSell. If we collect additional data about you (like age or gender), we may share such information too.
3.2. With Other Users and Kreators:
Depending on your settings, your shared content and profile data may be publicly accessible, including to other users and kreators. If you visit a content creator or Kreators product listing page, your information (including your name) may also be publicly accessible.
3.3. With KreateSell Affiliate Promoters:
We may share your (Kreator) data with our platform promoters to help us in promoting or support us in providing the Services.
3.4. With Business Partners:
We have agreements with other websites and platforms to distribute our Services and drive traffic to KreateSell. Depending on your country of location, we may share your data with these partners.
3.5. To Power Social Media Features:
The social media features in the Services (like the Facebook Like button) may allow the third-party social media provider to extract information like your IP address and which page of the Services you’re visiting, and to set a cookie to enable the feature. Your interactions with these features are governed by the third-party company’s privacy policy.
3.6. To Administer Promotions:
We may share your data as appropriate departments to administer, market, and sponsor promotions you choose to participate in, as required by applicable law, or in accordance with the rules of the promotion.
