KreateSell is an ease-to-use, cross-border ecommerce platform that enables kreators to upload and sell their digital products within minutes without having to learn multiple complex sales funnel platforms. And instantly get paid from anywhere in the world conveniently.

Most of the common terms used refer to the following:

"KreateSell LTD" referred to herein as ("the Company" "We", "Us", "Our", "Ours"): the company that operates the www.kreateSell.com website (the "Service").

"KreateSell", "KreateSell.com" website referred to herein as (the “Service”, "Application", "Platform", "Software")

"Site" referred to herein as ("websites", "APIs")

"Account" means a unique account created for You to gain access to our Service or parts of our Service.

"User", "Visitor", "Browser": person or customer making use or visiting KreateSell.com.

"Content Creator'', "Vendor", "Merchant", "Content Contributor" referred to herein as (Kreator): any person uploading a product on our platform for public consumption.

"Buyer": any person or user who buys a product on this "platform".

"Username": unique store link to the user's product list and also can be used to login after signing up on our service.

Affiliate promoter referred to herein as a registered user who promotes a product to members of the public and earns massive commission for the job done.

Website Privacy Policy referred to herein as (“Privacy Policy”)

"You", "your", "yours" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

“Transaction Fee”: is the certain fee (amount) placed on a product upon an attempt to make a purchase of the product.

1.1 Who can use KreateSell

To be eligible to use any of the KreateSell services, you must be of 18 years of age or at least the legal age in your state or province of residence, Some of our Services may be installable software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices. You agree that we may automatically upgrade those Products, and these Terms will apply to such upgrades.

1.2 Our license to you

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services.

The section governing subscriptions applies to you only if you opt in or subscribe for a paid plan of the platform or a free trial of a paid Service. Your subscription begins the day you sign up for Services. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and other Services offered to Customers or adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof to our satisfaction and at any time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice prior to any price change or change to your subscription plan so you can cancel if you're not satisfied with the change made or you decide to continue the subscription.

Some certain parts of the platform are billed on a subscription basis (plan). You will be billed a fee in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (billing cycle). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the type of plan you selected when upgrading your account for more services.

At the end of every Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or probably cancelled by the KreateSell team for a purpose well reviewed.

A valid and approved method is required to process the payment for a subscription. You'll provide your payment details on the payment page when intending to upgrade a plan.

Should a billing fail for any reason, KreateSell will notify you of such and not any part of the paid services will be accessible until payment is successful.

For in any case a paid subscriber stops making payment for any paid plan of the platform, then we reserve the right to remove all the paid features of the account, until the renewal of the paid service is done.

To become a Kreator, you must first register with KreateSell, create a free account. Some Services may not be available to free account holders. We will list the available services to free and paid accounts on the pricing page. Depending on the Services you select, you will gain access to our Kreator's dashboard which we provide as part of our Services. Not in any scenario should you give a third-party your personal credentials to your KreateSell account. You are responsible for the privacy of any login and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur using your access credentials.

a. Kreators have the right to determine the qualities, look, alignment, and arrangement of their personal store.

b. Kreators are given the option to deactivate some default settings of the platform in case they are not satisfied with the default option anywhere.

c. Kreators have the right to upload a pre-order for a product that is in anticipation.

d. Kreators have the legal right of setting a choice price of his/ or her personal product. Such Kreator holds the full ownership of his product and not “We”.

e. Kreators have the legal right to make a product downloadable or not if such Kreator decides to.

f. Kreators have the full right to determine whether to accept payment in a certain currency provided by the platform or not.

g. Kreators have the right to choose maybe to pay for the transaction fee or decide maybe the buyers are to be responsible for the charges.

h. Kreators have the legal right to upload more than a product at a time to his / or her personal store.

i. The products of a Kreator may include any form of digital content (be it: written, audio, video, etc.), membership, online course, subscription as is appropriate for your products.

j. Kreators hold the right to determine any delivery method of his product. Be it a subscription based, membership, online course or digital product.

k. Kreators have the right to activate, deactivate or unlist any product in his/ or her store product listings.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Kreators are not allowed to upload a divisive content on the platform and/or will be liable for the possible outcome if in any case do that.

Kreators are not allowed to take payment outside the platform to make “us” keep track of the transaction and/or be in a smooth and clean transaction.

Kreators are not permitted to upload nudity or adult content for members of the public.

Kreators would be held responsible for any tricky or smartness move proved by such an entity (user) in defrauding or jeopardizing the safety of any member of the public.

a. We reserve the right to ban a Kreator that got reported for fraud activities on the platform upon review and confirmation.

b. We reserve the right to remove a product that infringes the copyright of another user of the platform.

c. We reserve the right to remove any product that violates the copyright of any third party, in case the authorized owner of the products submits all the proofs and materials that legalized his / or her ownership.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

For information about how to submit a request for takedown, if you believe a content on KreateSell infringes your intellectual property rights, please send our support a message and the documents or evidence to prove your claim.

KreateSell takes copyright infringement matters seriously, and is ready to remove any allegedly or factually infringing content displayed on this platform upon due notice and request by the title holder.

The following procedure will apply for any content displayed through the Service that allegedly infringes the intellectual property rights of you or of any third party. You must notify our support of your claim. Once your request is received, We will study and consider your claim and, if it believes or has reason to believe any content on the Service infringes on another’s copyright, KreateSell may delete it, disable or otherwise stop displaying such product.

Buyer is a person that made a successful purchase on a product(s) of a Kreator on “our” platform.

4.1. Rights of a Buyer

a. Buyer has the right to select the currency he/ or she prefers to make payment in.

b. Buyer has the right to review the product intently before making a purchase for any product. We will not be responsible for any wrong move in paying for the wrong product or otherwise.

c. Buyer has the right to use any credit card(s) or determine the convenient payment method convenient to make payment in.

d. A buyer has the right to contact support in any case of being defrauded or receiving a wrong or no product from a Kreator on the platform.

e. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

f. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order upon suspicion of a fraudulent, an unauthorized or otherwise illegal transaction.

KreateSell offers an affiliate promoting program to signed up users who are willing to promote a product of a kreator and earn massive commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate Promoter, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through verified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Commissions balance can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

Affiliates who promote premium plans (Business plan, more to come soon) of our (KreateSell) platform will be payable for every purchase made through his cookie.

Should a customer referred by an affiliate promoter for the purchase of our premium plan subsequently purchase a Kreator’s product on our platform, if the affiliate promoter cookie is still valid in the customer’s purchase, such affiliate promoter will earn the commission of the product if Kreator activates an affiliate for such product.

Payouts will be made every Tuesday. Payout processing can take up to 24 hours or instantly depending on your country of residence. Payments will generally be paid out via local bank details provided. Other payment options may be included anytime soon.

1. Monthly Plans

a) Kreators on monthly paid plans aren’t entitled to a refund

a) Kreators on annual plans are entitled to a refund for the months the subscriber has not used the service for, Simply let us know in writing that You're canceling the plan within thirty (30) days of your sign-up. Once a request for cancellation of subscription/termination of use of service is received, refunds shall be processed within thirty (30) days from when the request is made. Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your subscription

Refund on the kreators course

We implore Kreators to provide a 30 days refund policy and all refunds will be handled by them. If you want to have a "No refunds" policy, be aware that customers can issue chargebacks anytime against their purchases. And if they do that too often, your product may be in danger of being removed.

KreateSell reserves the right to issue refunds excluding transaction fee within 30 days of purchase, at its own discretion, in order to prevent chargebacks. If a customer is threatening a chargeback, we recommend that you offer them a partial refund

Subscription Refund Policy.

All products that incur a recurring or subscription payment option, that are offered under the KreateSell brand, are NON-REFUNDABLE even if you do not like or use the product but you can cancel the subscription for the next period by contacting KreateSell support at least 3-7 days before the renewal date to not be charged for an upcoming recurring payment.

How Cancellations Work.

To cancel a recurring subscription, simply contact support@kreateSell.com. Please include the words “Cancel Subscription” as Subject and specify the product code and purchase email address used. Please allow up to 48 hours for all cancellation requests.

How to Request a Refund.

2. Simply email your refund request to support@KreateSell.com. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to help us get to it quickly.

Once a request for cancellation of subscription/termination of use of service is received, refunds shall be processed within thirty (30) days from when the request is made. Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase;

NOTE: As a creator, you must not have a refund request greater than 50% of your total orders. If you exceed a refund rate greater than 50% at our sole discretion, we can remove your product.

If your wallet balance does not have sufficient funds for a refund request at our sole discretion, we can pause the sale of the product until a positive KreateSell wallet balance is available.

a. Promoters have the right to select any product that looks promising to them to promote.

b. Promoters have the right to use any platforms or means to send real people to a product for a purchase.

c. Promoters have the right to use only respectful promotion practices to promote a product.

d. Promoters should not in any case over hype or deceive people into buying a product that is below deliverability or subpar.

e. KreateSell does not allow you to promote, market, or advertise any products or utilizing advertisements that are pornographic in nature, pyramid schemes, multi - level marketing

g. KreateSell does not allow to market or advertise any product that poses danger to the sanity and wellness of children under the age of 18.

h. KreateSell does not allow to market or advertise any product that promotes or poses danger to the health of members of the public, cultural divide, or ethnicity or racism.

i. Promoters will be held responsible for any fraud or strange action performed with his or her affiliate account or link.

j. By promoting on Kreatesell means that you acknowledged all the terms above and consented to them.

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by reaching out via email.

Should there be an occurrence of a chargeback on any sale, you shall be liable for the payment of an additional amount for these payment gateways:
